Custom MCP servers that connect AI to the systems you run on.
MCP SI Labs builds custom MCP servers for CRMs, databases and internal APIs. Your team asks in plain language, the AI works with real data, and every write waits for a person to approve it.
Connector to one system from $1,900. Ships in 7 to 10 business days. You own the code.

What it looks like on a Tuesday
A sales lead types a question into the AI app they already use. The connector turns it into calls to your CRM, with your permissions, and logs what happened.

Off-the-shelf server or custom?
Use a ready-made server if it covers your fields and your rules. We will tell you on the first call. Teams come to us for the rest.
| Generic server | MCP SI Labs connector | |
|---|---|---|
| Custom fields and objects | Often raw ids | Named the way your team talks |
| Write access | All or nothing | Per tool, with confirmation |
| Several systems in one answer | No | Yes |
| Audit log | Rarely | Every call |
| Where data flows | Vendor decides | Your cloud or ours |
How a project runs
- Free scoping call. 30 minutes. You show the system and the questions people ask it.
- Tool list and fixed price. Within 2 days you approve exactly what the AI will be able to do.
- Build and test. Against a sandbox, with your team's real questions as the test set.
- Deploy and hand over. Connected to your AI clients, documented, code in your repository.
Questions teams ask us
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants call tools in other systems. An MCP server is a small service that exposes your system, for example a CRM, as a set of typed tools such as search_contacts or create_deal. Any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and many agent frameworks, can then use those tools.
Why not just use an official MCP server from the vendor?
Sometimes you should, and we will tell you on the first call if one covers your case. Custom servers make sense when you rely on custom objects and fields, need writes guarded by confirmation, need to combine several systems into one workflow, or must keep data inside your own infrastructure.
How much does a custom MCP server cost?
A connector to one system starts at $1,900 and usually ships in 7 to 10 business days. Multi-system production servers with OAuth, per-user permissions and audit logging start at $5,900. The price is fixed after a free 30-minute scoping call.
Is it safe to let AI write to our CRM?
Only with guardrails. We expose the smallest set of tools that does the job, use scoped credentials, make destructive actions impossible or confirmation-only, and log every call. Read access is the default; write access is a deliberate decision per tool.
Who owns the code?
You do. The full source code, tests and documentation go into your repository. There is no lock-in and no per-seat license.
Which AI clients will it work with?
Any client that supports MCP. That includes Claude (desktop, web and Claude Code), ChatGPT connectors, Cursor, VS Code agents and frameworks such as the OpenAI Agents SDK and LangChain. We test against the clients your team actually uses.
